Vehicle Inspection Appointment Agreement

By booking an appointment with Drive Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement ensures a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved.

1. Appointment Terms

  • Buyer and Seller Presence: Both the buyer and seller of the vehicle must be present at the time of inspection. This is mandatory to ensure mutual understanding and acceptance of the inspection results.
  • Original Vehicle Documents: It is highly recommended to provide the original vehicle documents, including the vehicle book, during the inspection. This helps ensure a thorough and accurate assessment of the vehicle’s condition and ownership details.
  • Accurate Submission of Details: All details provided in the booking form must be accurate, including contact information, vehicle details, and the inspection date. A valid payment slip must be uploaded to confirm the booking.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful submission of the form and payment slip, a confirmation email will be sent. This email will include appointment details for your reference.

2. Payment Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payment: All payments made to Drive Hub are non-refundable, regardless of appointment cancellations or no-shows.

3. Inspection Process

  • Packages Offered:
    • Non-Hybrid Cars: 200+ points checklist, full system diagnostics, accident inspections, technical consultations, and on-site service.
    • Hybrid Cars: Includes hybrid battery live data analysis and all features of the Non-Hybrid package.
    • Vans, Cabs, SUVs & Luxury Vehicles: 225+ points checklist with the same high-level service.
  • Inspection Report: A comprehensive report will be provided post-inspection. This report is for informational purposes and aids decision-making between buyers and sellers.
  • Use of Original Vehicle Documents: Providing the vehicle book and other original documents allows our experts to verify the vehicle's history, ownership, and technical specifications, ensuring a more accurate inspection.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling Policy: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and are subject to availability.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • Inspection Scope: The inspection report reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time of assessment. Drive Hub is not liable for any future mechanical or technical issues.
  • Buyer-Seller Agreement: The buyer and seller must resolve any disputes or negotiations based on the inspection report. Drive Hub does not mediate purchase agreements.

6. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement ensures transparency, professionalism, and efficient service delivery.
